Once your whitelabel platform is set up and ready to go, it’s time to start bringing clients on board.

You can offer a self-signup process or send invites for a more controlled user onboarding experience.

Here's how each option works:

πŸ”‘ Self-Signup (Public Registration)

  • Share Your Custom Domain: Once your domain is live (i.e., app.mydomain.com), you can start directing clients to your platform for registration.
  • Signup Form: Users will see the signup form, where they’ll need to enter their details (e.g., name, email, etc.).
  • Account Creation: After submitting their information, the client’s account will be created automatically, and they will be granted access based on your current settings (e.g., assigned plan, features, etc.).

By sharing your hostname URL, clients can access the platform and create accounts anytime β€” no manual invite required.

Once clients sign up, they’ll appear in your Clients dashboard. From here, you can:

  • Assign or Change Plans - Assign a plan based on the products and features they need.
  • View Client Details - See information about each client and their activity.
  • Deactivate Accounts - You can manually deactivate accounts if needed.

Both self-signup and invitation methods give you flexibility in managing your client base.

Client onboarding is now fully automated. Just share your domain and watch your user base grow.
